From December 15, 2022 until January 1, 2023, the RAI Amsterdam will once again be transformed into your ultimate winter experience. Ice-skating underneath a blanket of lights on the indoor and outdoor ice rink, discover the beauty of Amsterdam from a huge Ferris wheel or take a ride in our mega swing. Celebrate the evening at the (silent) après-ski village or at our winter party with Tino Martin, Rolf Sanchez, Maan, Lil Kleine, Xander de Buisonjé, Joël Borelli, Yves Berendse and many more. Het Amsterdamse Winterparadijs brings the best winter feeling back to the city!

 

New this year

This year, Het Amsterdamse Winterparadijs is going bigger and better! Expect 3400m² full of snow activities, music and fun. As you might expect from us, we also have something new in store for you. We dare you to slide down our brand new Boomerang track. Or would you rather hang at one of the bars in the après-ski village? The choice is yours! For our most luxurious guests, we introduce the Hüttefest chalet. This is a private chalet for you and your 9 best friends. More importantly, it includes a special bar so you don’t have to stand in the queue any longer, all while having the best view at Het Muziekpodium. What more do you need! 

 

Night program

You should stay for dinner, since the most popular restaurants and bars of the city temporarily open their doors with us. We are proud to share that Ron Gastrobar, No Rules, Popov and of course Van Dam will bring their A game under one roof. Settle down at one of the wooden tables and make sure you don’t miss our night program, because Tino Martin, Xander de Buisonjé, Joël Borelli, Yves Berendse and many others will take care of the winter party!

The Amsterdamse Winterparadijs is an all ages event! 

Free entrance for kids younger than 1 year old.

After 21:00 entrance is only for 18 years and older. Sweatpants aren’t allowed after 19:00.

The Amsterdamse Winterparadijs is located in and around the Amsterdam RAI. For the exact location and directions check Google Maps . The entrance is located at the Europaplein.

Parks at Het Amsterdamse Winterparadijs are of course also possible! Via this link you can already reserve a parking space at the parking garage at RAI.

By Train

The RAI has it’s ‘own’ train station, Amsterdam RAI. This station is close to Het Amsterdamse Winterparadijs and accesible from everywhere in the country. Follow the signs RAI Amsterdam when leaving the station. For the most accurate travel advice check the www.ns.nl

On December 31, 2021, there will be no public transport from 20:00 to 01:30.

The GVB

Metro 50, 51, and 52 all stop at Het Amsterdamse Winterparadijs.  The stop ‘Europaplein’ (line 52) is located right in front of the entrance.  Otherwise station RAI (line 50 and 51) is also located close to the event. Check 9292.nl for the most accurate travel advice.

On December 31, the North-South line will continue to run after 01:30.

Are you with a large group and planning to come by (tour) bus? Report this in advance via raiparking@rai.nl.so that we can see if this is possible together. Parking for coaches is possible on P5 or P6 and the costs are €45 (limited number of places available).

Het Amsterdamse Winterparadijs is a pin only event. So you can only pay with your debit card.

You can purchase a debit card for €1. This is where you can deposit your cash. Please note: we cannot refund any remaining credit. We therefore advise not to put too much on it at once. You can top up your card at any time without additional costs.

If you can no longer find your ticket(s) or if you have lost the confirmation email with your ticket(s), you can use this link to request that your confirmation email be resent.

You can not change your ticket for a ticket to another day as long.

Tickets for beer tables, curling alleys and Hüttefest cannot be exchanged. These are reserved for you and cannot be returned. 

It is not necessary to personalize your tickets to get entrance to the event!

The activities are included in the regular ticket and you no longer have to pay separately for this. You can do all activities unlimited.

If you have an evening ticket you can also use the activities. Make sure you arrive on time, all activities and the outside area close at 10 p.m.

You can bring your own skates to Het Amsterdamse Winterparadijs, provided you don’t have skates with sharp points (for exameple Noren). If you do not have your own skates, there are free skates available at the ice rink.

Please note: it is also mandatory to wear gloves on the ice rink! So take this with you too.

You can go to the Cinema on location without extra payment, it is not possible to book in advance, so make sure you are on time!

The temperature is about 18 degrees inside. We recommend that you bring gloves with you, because they are mandatory on the ice rink.

Only bags that are maximum 30 x 21 x 10 cm in original and unfolded condition are allowed on the events terrain.

Yes, there are lockers. A normal locker costs €6 and can only be paid in cash! You can rent a locker at Het Amsterdamse Winterparadijs.

The event is partly indoors and outdoors!

If you are in possession of a passe-partout ticket you can enter and leave the site! This is not possible with a day ticket.

Own drinks, bottles, cans, alcohol, glassware and incendiary materials are prohibited on the location and may not be taken inside.

Het Amsterdamse Winterparadijs is wheelchair accessible.
