Neighbours

All area residents will receive a neighborhood letter from the RAI leading up to the event. Below is all the information that was also shared in the neighborhood letter. 

Parking

To prevent visitors from parking in the neighborhood, we have set up drop-off fences. These will remain in the neighborhood throughout the event. On Sundays and holidays, neighborhood posts will be present. They check the traffic trying to enter the neighborhoods and ask about the purpose of their visit.

Permit

The permit for this event has been granted by Urban District South. Furthermore, the organizer, 4PM Entertainment, has made arrangements with RAI Amsterdam, Police Amsterdam-Amstelland, Fire Department and Omgevingsdienst Noordzeekanaalgebied to ensure the event runs smoothly.

To ensure a smooth assembly and disassembly of all attractions and facilities, 4PM Entertainment, the organizer of Het Amsterdamse Winterparadijs, has received a night work permit from the municipality to continue working several nights for (de)assembly. This year, the planned work will take place during the night of:

• December 13 to 14
• December 14 to 15
• December 30 to 31

Our priority is to keep the inconvenience to a minimum. The organizer will try to (de)assemble as much of the outdoor area as possible early, to reduce noise nuisance to the surrounding area during the night.

Any nuisance? Please let us know!

Together with the organizer, we will do everything we can to keep nuisance to a minimum. Do you have a complaint? Please report it via buren@rai.nl. When reporting, we ask for your name, zip code and house number. That way we can better learn what we can do differently next time. Activities

During Winter Paradise, RAI Amsterdam will be transformed into the place for your Ultimate Winter Experience. Enjoy all the activities like the indoor and outdoor skating rink, the mega Ferris wheel and slide down the Wonder Slope! Celebrate the evening in our Après-Ski Village or at the winter party with Flemming, Snelle and many more artists.

Special Discounts

Het Amsterdamse Winterparadijs is offering their neighbours  €10 discount for a day and time slot of your choice. With the code from your neighborhood letter you can place your order in the regular shop. The code can be used once and is valid until 11:59 p.m. December 13th.
Once you enter your voucher code, it will be locked to prevent multiple uses of the same code. If you do not complete your new order, immediately retrying the code may cause an error. You can try again once the system has realized that your order has failed. It may take up to 30 minutes for your code to become active again.

Codes, of course, cannot be reused once they have been used in a completed order. If you continue to have problems after trying again later, please contact Paylogic and mention your voucher code.

Tour & curling tournament

You could also sign up for a tour of the grounds on Dec. 13  at 8.30 PM and the curling tournament on Dec. 14. If you participate in the tournament, you will receive free tickets for that day. The tournament is for up to 100 participants, in teams of 5. You could sign up using the form below through December 6, 11:59 p.m. Singing up is now closed. All participants will receive more info, no later than December 13.
