The temperature is about 18 degrees inside. We do recommend that you bring gloves, as they are required at the skating rink.

Only bags will be allowed on the entire event site that are no more than 30 x 21 x 10 cm when original and unfolded.

Own refreshments, bottles, cans, alcohol, glassware and flammable materials are prohibited at the venue and may not be brought inside.

Under 18s will NOT be served alcohol. Just turned 18 and don’t feel like showing your ID? Then get an 18+ band at the Information Desk.

The Amsterdam Winter Paradise is a pin only event. So you can only pay with your debit card.

You can buy a cashcard for €2,00. Here you can deposit your cash on it. Please note that any remaining credit is not refundable. We therefore advise you not to put too much money on it at once. You can top up your card at any time at no extra cost.

The activities are included in all entrance tickets, so you no longer have to pay for them separately. You can do all the activities unlimitedly. If you have an arrival time in the evening you can also use the activities. Just make sure you get inside on time, as all activities and the outdoor area close at 10:00 pm.

Please note that activities where you can win prizes, for example: throwing balls or shooting at the shooting gallery, you have to pay extra for.

Think about your hearing and bring earplugs! Don’t have this with you? Earplugs are also available on site at the information desk.
